Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £100 per tipi is required to confirm your booking – a receipt will be sent once payment has been received. The balance is due six weeks prior to your visit. Further information will be sent once this has been received.
Holidays cancelled six weeks or more prior to your start date will be refunded, excluding deposit. There are no refunds for holiday cancellations within six weeks of the holiday start date.
Holidays booked within six weeks of arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Provisional bookings will be held for a period of 7 days. Unless confirmation and deposit is received within this period, the booking will be cancelled.
Non-payment of the balance (6 weeks prior to your holiday) shall be considered as a cancellation.
Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm (please notify us if you anticipate arriving outside of these times). Please vacate your tipi by 10am on the morning of departure.
One car is permitted per tipi; if you wish to bring a small trailer or a second vehicle, please mention this at the time of booking.
We ask that guests are considerate towards our neighbours, especially in respect of noise at night. The owners retain the right to eject (without refund) any guest behaving in an anti-social manner.
